5-day money-back guarantee

Every plan and every top-up pack, in any currency, carries a 5-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 5 days of the purchase and we refund the full amount you paid, including GST, no questions asked.

How to ask

Email hey@proux.design from the address on your account with the payment id from your receipt (it starts with pay_). We confirm within one business day and issue the refund through Razorpay to the original payment method. Banks and UPI apps usually show it within 5 to 7 working days.

After 5 days

A plan is prepaid for one month and does not renew on its own, so there is nothing to cancel: it simply ends. Top-up credit never expires. Purchases older than 5 days are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or when we failed to deliver the service.

Refunds and your allowance

When a plan is refunded, the account returns to Free at once. When a top-up is refunded, the remaining credit from that pack is removed.
